Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or opened items
• Products damaged due to customer use
• Products without original packaging
• Free gifts or sample products
• Items bought on sale (unless damaged during delivery)

3. Refund Process

Once your item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 3-7 working days.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

If payment was done via COD, refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Return Shipping

• If the product is damaged/incorrect, we arrange pickup.
• If customer wants to return for personal reasons (if allowed), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

6. Replacement

If the product is available in stock, we can arrange a replacement instead of refund.
